Service package for business event execution at any level


DEAR LADIES AND GENTLEMEN!

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic (CCI KR) would like to offer you a package for holding economic events (business meetings, conferences, roundtables, seminars) of any level.

The service package includes:

Leasing of conference rooms;
Involvement of members of the business community – members of CCI KR;
Information supporting the events:
placing an announcement and summary of the event in the website of the CCI  KR;
- photography of the event;
- forwarding of information regarding the event to the electronic mailing list of the CCI KR (approx. 800 addresses).

LARGE CONFERENCE ROOM seating up to 200 people (theater-style).

Free reorganization of tables and chairs allows for a variety seating arrangements for the participants. The hall is equipped with a separate room for simultaneous translation. 
The lobby in front of the conference room can be used both for the registration of participants and for coffee breaks. 
- The rental cost of the conference room of the CCI KR starts at $300. 
- The rental price includes the provision of stationaries, screen, projector, radio microphones, notebook, and access to the internet for the participants.
- Quality simultaneous translation to/from 15 languages – starting at $200;
- Rent of modern equipment (ISO 9002) for synchronous translation – starting at $200;
- Catering services – starting at 5$ per person

SMALL CONFERENCE HALL to 30 people

The hall is suitable for seminars, business meetings, presentations, etc.
- The rental cost of the conference room of the CCI KR starts at $300.
- The rental price includes the provision of stationaries, screen, projector, radio microphones, notebook, and access to the internet for the participants.
